It’s been a beautiful blast, but I don’t get paid to shovel snow every four days. Worked a few hours today because we are expecting to not be open tomorrow — again. The roads are still solid ice.

I don’t think we’ll get a ton tonight - but maybe we will.  Sounds like Everett hasn’t been the most proactive in terms of snow removal.  I drove down to Renton Highlands earlier this morning - 405 was easy and the arterials in Renton weren’t too bad either.  Of course, the local CRV/Camry crew will still timidly crawl gripping the wheel hard enough to turn the rim to coal.

This is starting to get annoying, just because places be closed. I was supposed to report in for a pre employment drug screen but the testing place was closed all last week. I have until noon tomorrow, heres hoping they're  open.

Honestly don’t even need those. We’ve been using the not-a-Corolla since Monday it’s done just fine (at very low speeds and lots of discretion)

I’ve never owned a set of chains. I think I was taught how to install them before I started driving, but didn’t go that extra mile.    I have AWD and can take it easy, no real issues so far.   You’ll probably be fine with AWD.  If not, just go out tomorrow and buy a Lexus Landcruiser.
